As always, our Holiday Party at Indian Pond Country Club was a smashing success!! We saw
many faces, old and new, and had a number of dignitaries (some more dignified than others) in attendance. We all came together to show our appreciation for our esteemed award winners: Judge Julie Bernard, recipient of the Frank Powers Award, and Mary Looney, recipient of the Leo Foley Award. The PDBA also extends its many thanks to John Barr for delighting us with festive holiday music during our social hour. As always, we also extend our appreciation to our good friends at Blackstone’s for another delicious spread and wonderful service and to all those who made the open bar possible!
Our annual Chinese New Year meeting will once again be held at Quan’s Kitchen, located at
871 Washington Street, Hanover, MA 02339 on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. Social hour
will commence at 5:30pm(ish) followed by a scrumptious Chinese buffet dinner at 6:30pm(ish).
The very reasonable price for this exceptional event will be $40.00. Payment can be made at the door or ahead of time. Also, you can pay by Venmo @plymouthdistrictbarassociation!! We are also in the process of a county-wide search for a speaker to help us ring in the New Year! Details on our acclaimed speaker will be forthcoming.
